The position will operate as a true HR generalist, partnering closely with leadership and acting as a key right hand to the HR Director. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 2+ years of hands-on HR experience in a coordinator or generalist capacity, required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to interact with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, proactive, and responsive, with the ability to manage deadlines and maintain timely follow-up.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and high expectations.
The base salary range for this role is $75,000-$90,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
