Our client, a merchandising company, is seeking a Contract UKG Project Manager for a 6-month fixed contract. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive structure, governance, and execution across a complex, enterprise-wide initiative focused on optimizing UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) and its integration with Oracle Payroll. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 7+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise HRIS, workforce management, or payroll technology programs, required.
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), including global workforce environments, strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams across HR, Payroll, HRIS, and IT.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present complex information to executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and driving accountability across multiple workstreams.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The pay for this role is $85-$100/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
