Our client, a leading real estate firm, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team for 5-7 months. This is a high-impact opportunity to support high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across property management and corporate functions, including maintenance, operations, and professional roles. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and a proven track record of managing multiple requisitions while delivering a strong candidate experience. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, required.
- Experience recruiting in high-volume environments such as property management, retail, hospitality, or similar industries, strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions (15-20+ at a time) across various functions and levels.
- Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other creative channels.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e., iCIMS or similar), preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track candidate pipelines, provide updates, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and a positive candidate experience.
The pay for this role is $38-$48/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
