- Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 3+ years of experience in payroll and HR operations in a professional services environment, required.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance, federal/state/city taxes, and multi-state payroll, required.
- Experience with payroll audits, reporting, and internal controls, required.
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence.
- Previous exposure to scaling HR operations in a fast‑growing or entrepreneurial environment.
- Professional, proactive, and able to take initiative in a lean, fast-paced environment.
The base salary for this role is $100,000-$110,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
