Our client, a leading financial services institution, is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to join their team in Morristown, NJ. This individual will partner closely with the Learning & Development leadership and business stakeholders to deliver impactful training programs that support operational excellence within a retail banking environment. The role is primarily focused on facilitation and delivery of existing training content across both in-person and virtual formats, while also contributing to program effectiveness and continuous improvement. This is a highly visible, hands-on position requiring strong presentation skills, the ability to engage diverse audiences, and a collaborative mindset. - 2+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or learning & development, required.
- Experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training programs (Zoom, Teams, webinars), required.
- Prior experience within financial services or banking environments, required.
- Experience supporting retail or consumer banking operations training, preferred.
- Strong presentation and classroom facilitation skills with the ability to engage audiences, required.
- Experience working with LMS platforms and supporting e-learning administration, preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems, required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or a related field, preferred.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, required.
- High energy, adaptable, and collaborative professional with strong attention to detail, required.
The hourly rate for this role is $35-$45/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
