Our client, a real estate organization, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Benefits Coordinator to join their team for an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for conversion. - Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role, with exposure to benefits administration, required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage a shared HR inbox, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up with accuracy and professionalism.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
The rate for this role is $35-$40/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
