Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking a Contract-to-Perm Talent Acquisition Associate to join their team. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR operations in a non-profit environment, required.
- Experience supporting onboarding processes and ensuring a seamless new hire experience from offer through integration.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms; Workday experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage shared inboxes and respond to employee and candidate inquiries with professionalism and timeliness.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience maintaining data accuracy, documentation, and compliance-related processes (I-9, background checks, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes and provide guidance to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
The rate for this role is $35-$40/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
