Our client, a mission-driven global organization, is seeking a Contract Senior Associate, People & Culture to join its HR Operations team. This is a hands-on, high-detail role focused on supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across onboarding, offboarding, and HR data administration in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented HR operations professional with strong Workday experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR coordination, or a related People & Culture function, required.
- Strong hands-on experience using Workday as an HRIS, required.
- Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end, including documentation, status changes, and employee transitions.
- Familiarity with HRIS data management, employee records maintenance, and reporting.
- Experience working in a global or multi-site environment with exposure to PEO-supported structures preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a small HR team structure.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
The pay for this role is $35-$40/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
