Our client, a global financial services firm, is seeking an HR Analyst to join its collaborative and high-performing Human Resources team in New York City. - Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience required, ideally within financial services or professional services.
- Prior exposure to payroll, benefits administration, compensation, HR operations, onboarding, or employee support functions strongly preferred.
- Experience with Workday, preferred.
- Ability to operate effectively within a lean, high-touch HR environment where responsiveness, flexibility, and attention to detail are critical.
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, a collaborative and polished approach, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career within a close-knit organization that prioritizes culture, mentorship, and internal growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Must be comfortable working onsite in New York City Monday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Fridays.
The base salary for this role is $80,000-$95,000 per year.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
