Our client, a global management and technology consulting firm, is seeking a Contract Recruitment Operations Assistant to join its collaborative People Operations team until February of 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiting or HR professional to gain hands-on exposure across recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding support, and HR operations within a fast-paced, high-growth consulting environment. - Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1+ year of recruiting coordination, HR coordination, scheduling, or recruiting operations experience required.
- Ability to manage multiple calendars, coordinate complex scheduling logistics, and maintain a high level of organization and responsiveness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and provide a high-touch candidate experience.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate or seek guidance.
- Role is predominantly remote with flexibility to work onsite in New York City approximately one day per week, if desired.
The pay for this role is $27-$28/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
