Our client, a legal services organization, is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and strengthen its recruiting function during a period of continued growth and transformation. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic yet highly hands-on talent acquisition leader to build structure, improve processes, and drive recruiting execution across a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of progressive recruiting and talent acquisition experience required, including experience leading and developing recruiting teams.
- Ability to operate as a highly hands-on recruiting leader, personally managing requisitions while overseeing team performance and recruiting operations.
- Experience leading full-cycle recruiting across corporate, operational, technical, and/or high-volume hiring environments required.
- Experience implementing recruiting processes, workflows, metrics, and accountability frameworks required.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Lever preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments required.
- Leadership style should be proactive, accountable, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to roll up sleeves and execute at all levels.
- Fully remote role with flexibility around working hours as needed to support the business.
The base salary for this role is $130,000-$150,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
