Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join its Human Resources team in New York. This is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for supporting and enhancing the firm’s compensation programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with business objectives. This individual will partner closely with HR and leadership to execute core compensation processes, including salary benchmarking, job leveling, and annual compensation cycles. The role will also play a key part in analyzing market data and helping to build and refine scalable compensation structures and programs. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytical compensation professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The salary for this role is $120,000-$140,000.
