This is a highly visible, hands-on role focused on leading large-scale recruiting initiatives, optimizing processes, and partnering closely with senior leadership to execute against firmwide hiring priorities. This position will be instrumental in transforming recruiting operations by leveraging data and emerging technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and improve overall outcomes. - Bachelor’s degree required.
- 12+ years of experience in recruiting operations, project management, or a related field within a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and delivering results across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies, with a strong interest in driving adoption within recruiting functions.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in professional services, financial services, or similarly complex environments preferred.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (NYC-based, 3 days onsite).
The salary for this role is $175,000-$225,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
