Our client, a leading global investment firm based in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join its Recruiting Team and provide high-touch coordination support across both lateral and campus recruitment. This role will be responsible for managing high-volume and complex interview scheduling, coordinating candidate communications, supporting in-person superdays and campus events, arranging candidate travel and reimbursements, and maintaining accurate candidate information within the ATS. The Recruiting Coordinator will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, candidates, agencies, and vendors to ensure a seamless and professional experience throughout the hiring process. The role is hybrid, with Tuesday through Thursday typically onsite, though additional onsite presence may be required during peak recruiting periods and events. The ideal candidate has strong recruiting coordination or scheduling experience, exposure to large-scale interview days or complex scheduling, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. - Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations in a financial or professional services environment.
- Experience coordinating high-volume and complex interview schedules across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Prior exposure to superdays, campus recruiting events, or large-scale interview scheduling required.
- Strong experience managing candidate communications, interview confirmations, follow-ups, and real-time scheduling changes.
- Experience maintaining accurate candidate information in an ATS; Greenhouse experience preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, professional presence and strong judgment.
- Calm, adaptable, and resourceful, with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate, interviewer, and stakeholder experience.
The salary for this role is $80,000-$100,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
