Our client, a leading digital media company, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support its evolving hiring needs during a period of organizational transition. This is a hands-on, mid-level role focused on full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions, with an emphasis on supporting editorial, product, and corporate teams within a fast-paced media environment. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and People leadership to drive hiring initiatives, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and maintain momentum during a time of change and growth. This is a 3-6 month contract role, starting ASAP, with primarily remote work and one day per week onsite in NYC. - Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with experience supporting media, digital, or content-driven organizations.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and HR/People teams to understand hiring needs and deliver on headcount goals.
- Strong sourcing and pipelining skills, with the ability to proactively identify and engage top talent.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly in a changing organizational landscape.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience with ATS systems and recruiting tools.
The pay for this role is $35-55/hour.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
