Our client, a leading global law firm based in New York, NY, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its Human Resources team and lead full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate functions. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level business services roles, including Marketing & Business Development, Finance, HR, and Operations. The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop tailored sourcing strategies, and drive an efficient and high-touch hiring process. Responsibilities include sourcing and engaging talent, managing external agencies, conducting screenings and interviews, coordinating the interview process, and supporting offer development. This individual will also leverage market data and recruiting metrics to inform hiring decisions, maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS, and continuously enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate has strong law firm or professional services recruiting experience, excels in a consultative, stakeholder-facing environment, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The salary for this role is $120,000-$130,000.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
