Our client, a leading global law firm based in New York, NY, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its Human Resources team and lead full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate functions. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level business services roles, including Marketing & Business Development, Finance, HR, and Operations. The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop tailored sourcing strategies, and drive an efficient and high-touch hiring process. Responsibilities include sourcing and engaging talent, managing external agencies, conducting screenings and interviews, coordinating the interview process, and supporting offer development. This individual will also leverage market data and recruiting metrics to inform hiring decisions, maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS, and continuously enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate has strong law firm or professional services recruiting experience, excels in a consultative, stakeholder-facing environment, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. - Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a law firm or professional services environment required.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for business services roles across functions such as Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations.
- Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders in a consultative, client-facing capacity.
- Proven ability to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and agencies.
- Experience managing agency relationships and external vendors to support talent pipelines.
- Proficiency maintaining accurate candidate data within an ATS; iCIMS or Workday experience preferred.
- Strong experience screening candidates, facilitating interviews, and presenting qualified talent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, professional presence and strong judgment.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
The salary for this role is $120,000-$130,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
