Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its growing Talent Acquisition team in New York City. This individual will lead experienced professional hiring across the U.S., owning the full recruitment lifecycle while driving scalable, high-quality recruiting processes. The role partners closely with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategy, enhance employer branding, and deliver top-tier talent. This is a highly visible position with significant ownership and impact within a fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting or professional services recruiting experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to operate at a strategic and operational level. - 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, required.
- Experience recruiting experienced hires within consulting or professional services environments, preferred.
- Proven ability to scale and standardize recruitment processes across teams or regions, required.
- Track record of hiring mid-to-senior level talent, including executive-level roles, required.
- Experience with both direct sourcing and agency management, required.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership, required.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives, including LinkedIn recruiting strategies, preferred.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics, required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with executive presence, required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, required.
The salary for this role is $120K-$130K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
