Our client, a leading global investment management firm, is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join their New York City team. This role supports a high-volume recruiting function, with a primary focus on interview scheduling across multiple concurrent searches and levels of seniority. The position works closely with an internal team of recruiters to coordinate logistics, maintain ATS accuracy, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across both East and West Coast schedules. This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy role with strong exposure to recruiting operations and potential long-term growth into broader HR functions. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 1+ years of recruiting coordination, administrative, or high-volume scheduling experience, required.
- High-volume interview scheduling experience across multiple roles and teams, required.
- Experience supporting 10-15 concurrent searches or similar workload, preferred.
- Experience coordinating complex calendars across multiple time zones, required.
- Experience working with senior executives or executive assistants, preferred.
- Proficiency with ATS systems, including Greenhouse, required.
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Workday, required.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and ATS maintenance, required.
- Ability to manage scheduling logistics including conference rooms and candidate experience, required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, required.
- Experience in financial services, professional services, or consulting environments, preferred.
The hourly rate for this role is $35-$45/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
