Bachelor’s degree, required.
5+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment, required.
- Experience recruiting for go-to-market (GTM), business development, and commercial roles in the U.S. market, required.
- Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and selection experience, required.
- Exposure to fintech, technology, or other rapidly scaling organizations, required.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, required.
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment, required.
The salary for this role is $100K-$130K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
