Our client, a leading global alternative asset management firm, is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Operations Consultant to join its New York office through year-end. This role will support the Talent Acquisition team during the implementation of a new Greenhouse applicant tracking system while also assisting with day-to-day recruiting operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong recent Greenhouse expertise, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or recruiting, required.
- Recent hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS, required.
- Experience supporting or participating in an applicant tracking system implementation, preferred.
- Experience coordinating recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate tracking, offer administration, and recruiting documentation, required.
- Financial services or professional services environment experience, required.
- Positive, proactive, self-directed work style with the ability to work independently, required.
- Ability to work onsite in New York five days per week, required.
The hourly rate for this role is $30-$36/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
