Our client, a growing healthcare technology organization, is seeking a Contract People Operations Manager to join its team onsite in New York City. This individual contributor role will support a rapidly expanding workforce by managing key people operations functions, including onboarding, offboarding, employee support, and process development. The position offers the opportunity to help build and improve HR infrastructure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while partnering closely with HR and operations leadership. The ideal candidate is an adaptable People Operations professional who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating processes from the ground up, and can confidently support a high-growth organization. - Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- 4+ years of People Operations, HR Operations, or Human Resources experience, required.
- Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, and HR lifecycle processes, required.
- Experience working within technology or high-growth organizations, required.
- Experience supporting hourly, non-exempt employee populations, preferred.
- Experience with Rippling HRIS, preferred.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in New York City, required.
The hourly rate for this role is $40-$48/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
