Our client, a leading global fintech organization, is seeking an HRIS and Payroll Manager to support a critical Workday implementation and oversee global payroll operations. This individual will partner closely with People Operations, Finance, Technology, and external consultants to ensure a successful January 2027 Workday go-live while helping drive accurate, scalable payroll processes across a global workforce. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Workday implementation experience, strong payroll expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, required.
- Hands-on Workday implementation experience, including configuration, testing, data migration, or go-live support, required.
- 4+ years of experience in HRIS, People Operations, payroll, HR technology, or related functions, required.
- Experience supporting multi-country or global payroll operations, strongly preferred.
The salary for this role is $100K-$120K
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
