Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a Contract-to-Permanent Technical Sourcer to support its growing talent acquisition team. This individual will own proactive talent pipelining and sourcing efforts across a high-volume portfolio of technology requisitions, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and sourcing leadership throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical sourcing experience within a fast-paced environment and a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent searches. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 5+ years of technical sourcing experience supporting technology hiring, required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, financial, fintech, or technical environment, required.
- Experience managing 15+ concurrent requisitions across software engineering and cybersecurity, required.
- Experience using AI to improve recruiting efficiency, strongly preferred.
- Ability to work onsite or relocate for potential permanent conversion, highly preferred.
- Must be based on the East Coast, with Florida preferred.
The hourly rate for this role is $45-$55/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
