Our client, a high-profile, leading financial services firm, is seeking a Contract Technical Sourcer for a fully remote opportunity working East Coast hours. This contract is up to one year long and will support high-volume recruiting and sourcing initiatives across technology and corporate functions, partnering with hiring managers and recruiting teams to build talent pipelines, conduct market research, engage passive candidates, and support searches ranging from software engineering and cybersecurity to infrastructure, help desk, and leadership positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting and sourcing, including experience identifying hard-to-find technology talent. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, talent research, or executive search, required.
- Experience recruiting across software engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, help desk, and related IT functions, required.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and related talent intelligence platforms, required.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions in a high-volume recruiting environment, required.
- Experience with talent mapping, market intelligence, executive-level sourcing, or leadership recruiting, preferred.
- Ability to work remotely on East Coast hours; relocation to Miami is required for candidates interested in transitioning to a permanent role.
The hourly rate for this role is $45.00-$65.00/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
