This role will support open enrollment initiatives, health and welfare benefits administration, employee communications, compliance activities, audits, and vendor coordination while partnering closely with a high-performing benefits team. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 1+ years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, recruiting, or a related function, required.
- Financial services, banking, or professional services industry experience, required.
- Experience managing employee inquiries, vendor coordination, audits, compliance activities, and reporting, required.
- Experience with leave of absence administration, preferred.
- Workday experience, preferred.
The hourly rate for this role is $33-$38/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
