Our client, a growing global SaaS technology company, is seeking a Part-Time Contract HR Generalist in New York City. This role will support US and UK HR operations, full-cycle recruiting, employee lifecycle processes, PEO administration, and workplace operations from December 2026 through approximately June 2027. The ideal candidate has broad HR generalist and recruiting experience within a startup or high-growth environment, along with direct PEO experience. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 4+ years of HR generalist or combined HR and recruiting experience, required.
- Experience supporting HR operations in a high-growth or startup environment, preferred.
- Direct experience partnering with a PEO on benefits, payroll, compliance, and leave administration, required.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offers, and ATS management, required.
- Experience supporting employees across multiple countries, including US and UK teams, preferred.
The hourly rate for this role is $35-$48/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
