Our client, a global architecture firm, is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join its New York City office. This role will support the ongoing administration, configuration, and optimization of Workday, partnering with HRIS leadership to enhance processes and meet evolving business needs. - Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 5+ years of Workday administration experience, required.
- Depth of experience administering at least two Workday modules, required.
- Workday Advanced Compensation and HCM module experience, preferred.
- Workday Talent and Time module experience, preferred.
- Experience independently administering, configuring, and maintaining Workday, required.
The salary for this role is $95K-$110K.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
