Project Manager – LMS Integration & Migration (Delivery-Focused)
We are seeking a senior, hands‑on delivery Project Manager to lead a complex, high‑visibility migration of a revenue‑generating, member‑facing learning platform.
This is a true delivery role, not a PMO, portfolio, or process‑definition position. The successful PM will operate deeply in execution – owning plans, risks, dependencies, vendor coordination, and go‑live readiness – while navigating a complex technical and business environment with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
This role requires recent, hands‑on experience delivering large, complex business system implementations, ideally customer‑ or revenue‑impacting platforms with significant integration, data, and security considerations. Candidates whose experience is limited to Scrum Master or Agile‑only delivery will not be considered.
The PM will partner closely with a dedicated Business Analyst and Change Manager while maintaining full accountability for day‑to‑day project execution and outcomes.
This role is a strong fit if you have:
- Personally delivered large, complex system implementations end‑to‑end
- Owned execution through planning, build, integration, testing, cutover, and launch
- Managed multiple vendors and system integrators simultaneously
- Led delivery of customer‑ or revenue‑impacting platforms
- Operated effectively in structured or hybrid delivery models (not Agile‑only)
This role is not a fit if your background is primarily:
- Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- PMO leadership or portfolio oversight
- Process transformation without direct delivery ownership
- Internal HR or enablement systems with limited business risk
