This is a highly custom Salesforce development environment. Looking for candidates who have strong experience with Web Development, LWCs, and preferably an object-oriented development background (Java, C#, etc.).
Core Requirements
- Salesforce CRM expertise with strong understanding of platform capabilities.
- Salesforce, JavaScript/TypeScript (LWC), Apex, Jest, Test Automation, Web Development, REST APIs, Java Spring Boot, Selenium/Playwright, AWS
- Solid coding practices, including code coverage, monitoring/observability, and secure coding standards.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Batch/Bulk processing, REST APIs, and web services.
- Demonstrated initiative-able to design solutions, improve processes, and drive maturity across the platform.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and navigating evolving requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to investigate, troubleshoot, and understand existing code.
- Enjoys their work and brings a positive, fun mindset to the team.
- Excellent collaboration skills across technical and business partners.
- DevOps knowledge, including GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stays current on Salesforce technologies and industry trends.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ (JSON or AVRO formats).
- Background in Java, OpenShift, React, or Angular.
