Salesforce Advisory Consultant – Health Cloud Strategy & Assessment
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Advisory Consultant for a short-term strategic engagement focused on evaluating and optimizing a multi-org Salesforce environment. The primary focus is on assessing current usage of Health Cloud and advising on the potential transition to Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
This is a strategic, client-facing role ideal for a senior-level Salesforce professional with a strong consulting background and deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, licensing, and org migration planning.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a full current-state assessment across multiple Salesforce orgs.

Evaluate the use and impact of Health Cloud vs. Sales/Service Cloud.

Analyze licensing models, costs, and long-term ROI considerations.

Review Velocity/Vlocity dependencies and ensure complete decoupling where applicable.

Deliver actionable recommendations around:

Licensing optimization
-
Org setup and architecture
-
Timeline, risk mitigation, and required resources
-
Roadmap for a possible transition to Sales/Service Cloud

Create and present a detailed deliverable outlining options and recommendations to both business and technical stakeholders.
✅ Ideal Qualifications:

10+ years of Salesforce experience, including Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

Proven experience delivering Salesforce org assessments and strategic roadmaps.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce licensing models and cost implications at scale.

Familiarity with Velocity/Vlocity components and impact on org architecture.

Excellent communication skills with experience delivering high-impact consulting engagements to executive audiences.

Ability to produce detailed documentation, estimates, and strategic recommendations.
