Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Program Manager to support strategic initiatives and oversee multiple workstreams. This role will partner closely with leadership to help structure programs, prioritize work, and ensure successful delivery across initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple project workstreams within a larger program
- Partner with leadership to define, scope, and prioritize initiatives
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, charters, and governance frameworks
- Ensure alignment across projects through effective communication and coordination
- Track and manage budgets, timelines, and milestones
- Establish program-level controls, reporting, and structure
- Translate business assessment insights into actionable project plans
- Lead select initiatives directly while maintaining broader program oversight
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level Project/Program Management experience
- Strong grounding in PMI methodologies with exposure to Agile and Waterfall
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive interaction
- Strength in project scoping, budgeting, and governance
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting business transformation or operational initiatives
- Background working in structured or regulated environments (nice to have)
