Project Manager–AI & Data (REMOTE_CONTRACT)

Overview

We are hiring a Project Manager to lead multiple data, analytics, and AI initiatives. This is a hands-on role focused on owning delivery, driving execution across teams, and working directly with leadership.

This person will partner with both technical teams and business stakeholders (Manager through VP level) to translate data and AI efforts into clear plans, priorities, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple data, analytics, and AI initiatives
• Define scope, timelines, and success criteria with business and technical leaders
• Build and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues
• Lead governance, status reporting, and executive-level communication
• Translate data/AI initiatives into clear updates and decisions for non-technical stakeholders
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Support rollout and change management tied to adoption of data/AI solutions
• Identify and mitigate risks, resource constraints, and interdependencies

Required Qualifications

• Project management experience delivering data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle (planning, execution, governance)
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity

Preferred

• Exposure to data platforms, analytics environments, or AI/ML concepts
• Experience with enterprise or multi-team initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery
