IT Project Manager (#277447E)

Will manage various phases of the project lifecycle which includes initiating, planning, executing, monitoring while managing cross-functional teams. Develop high level project plan with detailed project scope, objectives. Create Gantt charts to provide roadmap of a project milestones, progress, tasks and deliverables. Identify and manage cross-application dependencies and risks during Process Improvement (PI) sessions, work closely with technical leads and architects to have the dependencies addressed on time. Maintain JIRA PPM (Project Portfolio Management) with project data, resource allocation to offer a unified roadmap for leaders with progress, budgets, and deliverables in a single, centralized location. Manage Power BI reporting for the insights into project performance to make informed data driven decisions about risk management and budget control. Facilitate communication across functional groups in project to encourage standardization and knowledge sharing. Aim for near-perfect quality by reducing defects through Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach. Identify reusable code snippets, user interface (UI) components from the existing applications which significantly reduced development time and effort for new enhancements. Perform existing system analysis to identify gaps and areas for improvements to ensure system functionality is aligned with business needs, also to understand impact of new enhancements/change requests. Lead projects to compliance with IT security protocols, data governance standards, and company-wide IT policies. Participate in digital transformation initiatives to replace manual IT tasks and processes with automated workflows for consistency and efficiency. Work with IT team to prepare detailed release plans and checklist, post-go live support to ensure a smooth transition to the production environment. Work on building a support system to address post-go-live issues and ensure user adoption. Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) sessions with team for the production fallouts to detect patterns and potential issues to apply the fix which leads to more stable and reliable IT system.

Position requires up to 100% domestic travel. This position is for full-time, salaried (W-2), permanent employment.

REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field and five (5) years of experience in Business Analysis.
