Job Title: BSN- Occupational Health
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM MT
Hours: Estimated 32-40 hours per week
Pay Range: $35 – $40 per hour
Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (BSN) to serve as an Occupational Health Specialist in an onsite, non-supervisory clinical role. This position supports over 700 employees and plays a key part in maintaining workplace safety, providing medical care, and assisting with wellness and case management efforts.
This is an ideal role for a nurse with strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage clinical needs while supporting HR and legal teams on matters related to employee health. Occupational health experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite clinical support, including health evaluations, basic treatment, and injury response
- Manage workers’ compensation cases, including documentation, medical record review, and follow-up coordination
- Assist with onsite health and environmental screening programs; document and communicate results in accordance with regulatory standards
- Advise HR and Legal teams regarding medical restrictions, return-to-work planning, and potential accommodations
- Maintain OSHA-required logs (300, 301, 300A) in compliance with federal regulations
- Serve as a trusted medical resource to employees, ensuring care is delivered with professionalism and respect
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience
- Strong interpersonal and case documentation skills
- Occupational health or workplace medical experience preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations a plus
