Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to support a high-impact, multi-phase initiative focused on delivering targeted, behavior-based commercial campaigns. This role will play a key part in enhancing guest experiences by enabling dynamic eligibility and entitlements across commerce and fulfillment platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Support a multi-phase product initiative enabling targeted, behavior-based campaigns across commerce and fulfillment platforms
- Partner with design and engineering teams to ensure product vision aligns with execution, including visual design and content strategy
- Translate business and fulfillment strategies into clear, prioritized user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases
- Manage and maintain product backlog; participate in daily scrums to drive priorities and remove blockers
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies for guest and cast experiences
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations to build alignment and advocacy across stakeholders
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of product requirements throughout the full development lifecycle
Basic Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management
- Proven ability to lead across multiple teams and deliver high-quality work on time
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate ideas into actionable outcomes
- Experience navigating technical, user, and business challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and metrics to support decisions
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and drive results through cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on mobile application or digital product initiatives
- Background in commerce platforms, customer experience, or fulfillment systems
