Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Finance Paralegal to join a nationally recognized law firm in Cleveland. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive compensation between $90,000-$110,000, full benefits, and a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 remote, with additional flexibility depending on the practice group). The expectation is to be fully onsite initially for training.
Skills required and Job Duties include the following:
* At minimum 3+ years of paralegal experience (finance or transactional experience strongly preferred)
* Review due diligence materials and prepare public record search orders; analyze and summarize results for attorneys
* Review corporate organizational documents and prepare certificates and resolutions for finance transactions
* Draft and revise commercial finance loan documentation, including credit agreements, security agreements, guarantees, intercreditor agreements, subordination agreements, and related ancillary documents
* Prepare and maintain transaction checklists; monitor deal progress and documentation status
* Assist with legal due diligence, including reviewing disclosure schedules and virtual data rooms
* Coordinate closing logistics and gather/organize client and borrower information
* Create and update forms and template documents
* Communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients regarding transaction status and documentation needs
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical, organizational, and drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail
