A prominent law firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join its litigation support team. This position collaborates with other team members to assist litigation attorneys across the firm.

Candidates must have experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, time entry systems, and document management systems. A typing speed of 70+ words per minute, transcription skills, and at least two years of legal secretarial experience are required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, demonstrates excellent grammar and proofreading abilities, and has solid organizational and filing skills. Dependability and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment are essential.
