We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Legal Recruiting & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role offers the unique opportunity to support both our law student recruiting efforts and firm-wide marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced professional environment and has a passion for both legal recruiting and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Recruiting:

Collaborate with the Recruiting Committee to recruit law students for the Firm’s Summer Associate Program.

Coordinate and schedule on-campus interviews (OCI), employer showcases, and recruiting events.

Review resumes and manage communications for all student interview processes.

Support the planning and execution of the Summer Associate Program, including logistics, substantive sessions, and social events.
Marketing Support:

Assist with firm event management and execution.

Support firm committee programming, including LRW2W and Associate Development initiatives.

Work closely with the Marketing Team on communications, branding, and digital outreach efforts.

Create and manage content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X).
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal, marketing, or recruiting preferred.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

A team player with a collaborative spirit and ability to work independently.
