Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and subrogation analysts.
- Conduct fact investigations to assess causation, damages, and the extent of injuries.
- Perform thorough file reviews to ensure cases progress efficiently and meet client expectations.
- Review medical records, prepare medical chronologies, expense itemizations, and demand packages.

- Communicate effectively with all parties to move cases from inception through resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably involving auto accident cases.
- Strong knowledge of pre-litigation processes and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid subrogation, private insurance subrogation, and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of insurance policies, coverage limits, provisions, and exclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and legal case management software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage strict deadlines.
Compensation & Work Environment
- Salary up to $65,000
- Hybrid schedule: work from home 1 day per week
- Office located just outside Clayton with convenient on-site parking
