Position Title: Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury
Overview:
An established personal injury practice is looking for a skilled Litigation Paralegal to assist a team of attorneys in handling a busy docket of motor vehicle accident cases. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and experienced in managing files through every phase of litigation – from initial intake to final resolution.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize litigation files across multiple active cases.

Prepare and review pleadings, discovery materials, subpoenas, correspondence, and summaries of evidence.

Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, insurance representatives, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

Coordinate and manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court appearances.

Assist with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.

Analyze and summarize medical records, accident reports, and other case documentation.

File legal documents electronically and in person as needed.

Provide support during hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
Qualifications:

Minimum of three years’ experience as a litigation paralegal, ideally in personal injury or automobile accident law.

Thorough knowledge of both state and federal litigation procedures.

Ability to manage a large caseload efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with legal case management software (such as Needles, Filevine, or comparable platforms).

Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
