Litigation Legal Assistant (5+ Years Experience)

Our client, a highly respected law firm, is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant with 5+ years of solid experience to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a bright, energetic, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment.
The ideal candidate will present professionally, be an exceptional problem-solver, and demonstrate a high degree of initiative and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and format shell pleadings and discovery responses
- Provide litigation support including e-filing, service, and mailing of legal documents
- Manage case files, including organizing and indexing large volumes of documents
- Perform bates stamping and document preparation
- Open new matters and maintain accurate file records
- Assist with trial preparation and exhibit organization
- Prepare and submit attorney expense reports
- Calendar deadlines and manage scheduling related to litigation matters
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of litigation legal assistant experience in a law firm setting
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
