Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in a law firm setting;
- Estate planning and wealth transfer strategies
- Trust and estate administration
- Drafting estate plans and advising on related tax matters and reporting
- Corporate and business succession planning, including drafting and negotiating operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and buy/sell agreements
