We are working with a reputable and respected law firm based in St. Louis that is growing-and we’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Client Intake Specialist. This is a vital, client-facing role and often the first impression of our firm. If you excel at building rapport, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage incoming new client calls live.

Accurately complete client screening and intake information.

Deliver empathetic, professional service aligned with firm standards.

Follow up to ensure all paperwork is completed and signed.

Open and assign cases promptly in Litify case management software.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.

Strong communication and writing skills.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Empathetic and professional demeanor.
-
Medical background is a plus but not required.
