A nationally recognized plaintiff’s personal injury firm is seeking Pre‑Suit Attorneys to join its growing personal injury practice. This role is ideal for attorneys seeking to become part of a trial-team and trial lawyer, or who prefer to build a long‑term career focused on pre‑litigation advocacy and resolution.
The attorney will handle all aspects of pre‑suit demands and case management, driving strong client outcomes across personal injury matters.
Responsibilities:
- Day‑to‑day handling of pre‑litigation personal injury matters
- Guiding clients through the pre‑suit process and managing expectations
- Drafting pre‑litigation documents and demand packages
- Overseeing settlement negotiations and the release approval process
- Completing liability and flips to litigation approvals
- Managing and mentoring a team of case managers
- Handling EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements
Qualifications:
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state
- Demonstrated interested in or experience with personal injury matters
- Ability to manage a high‑volume pre‑suit caseload
- Strong client communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Self‑starter with an interest in long‑term growth, either in pre‑suit or trial work
