We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Estate Planning Legal Assistant to join our client’s busy Estate Planning practice. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in the preparation and execution of estate planning documents and help ensure the smooth administration of estates and trusts. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and excellent communication abilities. The hours are 9-5, located downtown St. Louis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys practicing Estate Planning.
- Calendar deadlines, coordinate travel arrangements, assist attorneys with time entry, update expense reports
- Prepare and proof estate planning documents such as Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney
- Coordinate meetings, events, and closing
- Work directly with the firm’s clients, demonstrating clear communication and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of experience supporting an Estate Planning team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
