This group is highly respected in the Chicago legal market and regularly represents clients in purchasing, sales, development, financing (both lenders and borrowers), and leasing. Clients include REITs, developers, syndicators, property management companies, and brokerage firms.
This position is part of the firms strategic growth and succession plan, creating a unique opportunity to inherit significant existing business and play a major role in shaping the group’s future growth. A modest book of business is required, primarily to demonstrate a successful track record of business development and client management.
