Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a highly regarded Chicago-based law firm in their search for a Real Estate Associate to support the head of their commercial real estate practice. This is a unique opportunity to join a tight-knit, high-performing team led by a dynamic PGL who sits on the firm’s Executive Committee.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6+ years of experience in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, particularly in acquisitions and dispositions. This role is best suited for someone who is eager to take ownership of their work, values hands-on mentorship, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Leasing experience is not required-this group is focused on complex, deal-heavy work.
