Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a top-ranked Chicago firm on their search for an Employment Associate to join their collaborative Employment and Executive Compensation Group.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience counseling employers on a wide range of employment issues, including compliance with federal, state, and local laws, drafting employment agreements and handbooks, and handling claims involving discrimination, wage and hour, and restrictive covenants. While some litigation experience is helpful, this role is primarily focused on counseling and advisory work. Experience with labor matters and the employment aspects of M&A deals is a plus.
