A sophisticated mid-size firm in Chicago is seeking a Trusts & Estates Senior Associate or Partner to join its growing Private Client Services practice.
This group provides strategic counsel on estate planning, wealth transfer, charitable giving, trust and estate administration, family succession, and related tax matters.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families on complex trust and estate matters in a law firm setting. While a portable book of business is not required, an interest in and demonstrated potential for business development is highly valued. This role is part of the firm’s succession planning efforts, offering a unique opportunity to take on significant existing work while contributing to the long-term growth of the practice.
Title and level are flexible based on experience (Senior Associate or Partner).
