A leading global supplier and manufacturer of machine tools is partnering with Beacon Hill Legal to add a Corporate Counsel to its growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong generalist, who is interested and capable of handling a variety of legal and compliance matters.
The preferred candidate possesses a minimum of 1+ years’ experience practicing in a law firm or commerical in-house role handling (review, negotiating and drafting) various commerical agreements (primarily supplier-side sales contracts). Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience assisting in resolutions of pre-litigation matters as well as general commercial disputes.
This is a hybrid position based in Chicago. The company offers a competitive base salary (dependent on experience) plus bonus.
